Job Overview

Atlas Technologies Inc, a dynamic organization dedicated to supporting the US Military and various Government agencies, is in search of a dedicated, adaptable, and highly motivated individual to join our team of Information Technology experts.

The Acquisition Services Program Analyst will collaborate with government clients to strategize, monitor, implement, and verify project scope and scheduling parameters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process enhancement, project management methodologies, direct customer engagement, and data/stakeholder oversight within a large-scale organization:

Compensation Range: $71,000 - $141,000

Travel Requirements: Up to 30%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support in all areas of Project Management (risk, scope, quality, etc.)
  • Assist in the management and upkeep of organization-wide Project Management processes, integrating all relevant data points (RTM/IMS/Material, etc.)
  • Support the organization and execution of key sponsor-facing events in partnership with government and industry stakeholders
  • Help stakeholders adhere to organizational policies and achieve all project goals and objectives
  • Ensure that sponsor requirements are addressed and deliverables meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to formalize requirements in Statements of Work (SOWs) and Interagency Agreements (IAAs)
  • Provide organizational support and facilitate meetings
  • Produce management documentation such as organizational charts, presentations, meeting notes, etc., as required
  • Assist government clients in tracking requirements and liaising with team members
  • Work with stakeholders to assist in critical tasks and enhance Project Management expertise
  • Collect, organize, and report information as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Possess a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret-level Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain an interim security clearance prior to employment
  • Moderate to high proficiency in Project Management processes and documentation
  • Ability to utilize various project management techniques complemented by strong coaching and coordination skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Project and PowerPoint
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not mandatory
