Material Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our warehouse team at Horton Automatics. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for processing and shipping customer orders, picking and packing products to meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and dollies.
• Utilize and comprehend all functions of the ORACLE Warehouse Management System.
• Perform physical inventory counts and maintain perpetual inventory counts as needed.
• Loading and unloading of trucks.
• Maintain safe and orderly work areas.
• Work overtime as required and scheduled to meet customer demand.

Requirements:

• Must be certified to operate a Powered Industrial Truck.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Able to lift and maneuver 50 pounds in a variety of settings and positions.
• Able to bend, stoop, climb, and perform repetitive lifting and loading while in a trailer.
• Preferred High School Diploma or GED.
