Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Staffing Consultant to join our team at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in finding, interviewing, and qualifying job seekers for temporary/contract roles with companies and organizations in your local market.

The compensation package for this position includes a base salary combined with uncapped commission potential. With limitless earning potential, you will have the opportunity to advance your career and achieve significant financial rewards based on your performance.

1. Candidate Sourcing: Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking.
2. Interviews and Qualifications: Conduct thorough interviews with prospective candidates and assess their qualifications for temporary/contract roles.
3. Client Support: Provide exceptional support to client companies by delivering qualified candidates who meet their specific needs.
4. Candidate Development: Prep candidates for interviews with client companies, review resumes, discuss client needs, and conduct mock interviews.

• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role. You must be able to listen, understand, explain your position, and work effectively with others.
• Self-Motivation and Leadership: A high degree of self-motivation and leadership skills are required to excel in this position. You must be able to take initiative, work independently, and lead by example.
• Discretion and Judgment: Confidently exercise discretion and independent judgment about businesses and people, as well as what Beacon Hill can and cannot do successfully to meet the needs of those businesses.
