CentraCare Monticello Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist or Associate Psychotherapist to provide high-quality care and support to patients in need. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing age-appropriate care, facilitating patient outcomes, and promoting patient/resident and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological evaluation and social assessment to patients
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Execute therapeutic treatment toward defined goals
• Coordinate discharge planning with patients and families
• Maintain accurate record keeping and contribute to team building and personal, professional development

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• 1 year of prior mental health social work or internship experience
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Associate Psychotherapist licensure
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, MN Department of Health standards, and other regulatory standards
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Initial and on-going training
