Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing & Rehab. Our mission is to provide patient-centered care and promote a positive team environment with honesty, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to patients in a rehabilitation center setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio
  • Ability to work weekend shifts and every other weekend rotation
