We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team as an Integrated Campaign Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation initiatives for our data, marketing technology, and services business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive growth in our pipeline and achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with executive-level business stakeholders to develop and execute marketing tactics that drive results.
- Leverage expertise in multi-channel marketing, demand generation, lead funnel management, and communication skills to deliver measurable results.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality leads through various channels and drive the development of robust lead nurturing programs.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize spend to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing campaign management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and nurturing best practices.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A 'hands on' mindset; understanding strategy is meaningless without execution.
- Fluency in marketing funnel metrics and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of all key paid, owned, and earned marketing channels.
