About the Role

EisnerAmper is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Senior to join our Risk & Compliance Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing full-cycle internal audit engagements, including research, client assessments, and preparing accurate and compliant client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and conduct research & client assessments
  • Prepare, complete, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of client engagements
  • Provide oversight to consulting staff and interns
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with diverse groups of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Provide leadership and facilitate collaboration amongst team members
  • Serve as a leader in the practice internally and externally
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or an approved related field
  • 3+ years of experience in the fields of Internal Audit or Assurance
  • Must have or be in the process of achieving one of the following internal audit certifications: CPA or CIA
Preferred Qualifications
  • One or more of the following Information Technology auditing certifications: CISA or CFE
  • Must demonstrate critical thinking and project management skill capabilities
  • General knowledge of organizational and business functions to allow for completion of assigned Internal Audit and/or IT Audit tasks
  • Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in business and technical environments
