Job Summary:
The Quality Facilitator will be responsible for facilitating quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement performance improvement methodologies
- Provide training and education to staff on quality improvement principles and regulatory standards
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Licensed RN or Allied Health professional or acceptable healthcare-focused degree
- Knowledge and experience in patient care practices and performance improvement
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and quality improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position
- Days shift
- No on-call requirements
