Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care

* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care delivery
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
* Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent
* Current Florida RN license
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* ACLS certification (for non-OR RNs)
* PALS certification (for ED RNs)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelors of Science in Nursing
* 12 months of experience in a healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:
This position will work at 7006 W Gulf to Lake Hwy, Crystal River, FL and 2400 N Essex Ave, Hernando, FL. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and will be expected to work effectively in a team-based setting.
Education and Training:
* Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent
* Bachelors of Science in Nursing (preferred)
Skills and Abilities:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
