Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Stockroom Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient inventory levels within our stockroom. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all products are properly stocked, shipped, and received. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for processing inventory, verifying quantities, and reporting discrepancies. You will also be required to operate various types of equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to all safety protocols. Additionally, you will assist with loading and unloading merchandise, resolving any issues that may arise during the process. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Responsibilities:

- Process inventory accurately and efficiently
- Verify quantities and report discrepancies
- Operate various types of equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the loading/unloading process

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a distribution center and/or warehouse environment. It would be awesome if you have ever used RF scanning equipment, but it's not a deal-breaker if you don't have this experience. You must be capable of lifting and moving parts of up to 75 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds using hitch-and-go dolly. Able to push/pull up to 300 lbs. using mechanical aids, such as hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, etc. You must be able to move engine blocks and other heavy equipment with moving aids designed to move such items, including hand trucks, dollies, motorized carts, pallet jacks, etc. You must be able to repeatedly bend or stoop to ground level shelves and be able to reach upper shelves (8 feet) with the use of stool or ladder when necessary. You must understand and recognize part numbers and line codes to ensure proper identification of parts for placement in the facility, including identifying sequence of numbers and letters accurately and rapidly. You must have basic understanding and be capable of operating a computer terminal. You must be able to write legibly and be able to read, understand written/verbal instructions, and communicate to other team members. Ability to bend, twist, squat, climb, push and pull and move at a quick speed of pace. Must be able to work in a drug-free atmosphere.
