Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on our clinician dashboard and tcpa processes to drive improvements and ensure compliance.
  • Support the phone ingestion process to source and utilize phone numbers for outreach within regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to design, deploy, and manage database ETL processes using SQL and.NET skills.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS and/or Talend.
Requirements
  • Strong SQL and.NET skills with experience in designing, deploying, and managing database ETL processes.
  • Ability to work with team members to drive improvements in processes and ensure compliance.
  • Experience with SSIS and/or Talend for ETL process development.
