Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living settings is preferred.
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant or State Trained Nursing Assistant as per state regulations.
- CPR/First Aid certification maintained in accordance with state requirements.
- Participation in in-service training and maintenance of continuing education hours as necessary for certification.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks.
- Familiarity with Alzheimer's Disease, other forms of dementia, and related memory challenges is advantageous.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic proficiency in computer software and applications.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.
