Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this role is estimated to be between $142,000 to $151,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule. This figure may vary depending on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

Job Description

This full-time role involves managing a patient panel with a diverse array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, and treating patients in-office or in testing centers. You will also participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles. Additionally, you will utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification. In the past five years, you should have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least two years in an outpatient primary care setting or one year in an urgent care setting, coupled with either a one-year primary care fellowship or one-plus year in an urgent care setting. You must also be state-licensed in New York and obtain licensure prior to your start date.
