Job Summary

HireQuest Bossier City is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Janitorial Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform general cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, as well as cleaning and stocking restrooms.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure doors are locked after hours, clean up spills with appropriate equipment, and perform minor repairs as needed.
  • Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Supply Management: Maintain a sufficient stock of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors or managers of any major repairs or maintenance needs.
  • Time Management: Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Physical Ability: Possess the physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
