Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL Transportation Driver to join our team at Masonic Villages. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting residents and guests on activity outings, trips, and shuttle runs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a commercial driver's license (CDL) and ensure all necessary certifications are up to date.
  • Transport passengers as assigned, and assist passengers in and out of vehicles in accordance with their physical capabilities.
  • Maneuver wheelchairs into position and safely secure them in wheelchair buses.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver wheelchairs as needed.
