Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule daily activities of caregivers, answer telephone inquiries, and respond to client messages in a professional and upbeat manner.
  • Handle client and caregiver issues both within and outside of normal business hours, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with associates and clients to evaluate service quality and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of associate work records in Wellsky/ClearCare.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and courteously to all client calls.
  • Serve as a liaison between associates and the Operations Manager, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Basic office, computer skills, and organizational abilities, with excellent interpersonal relations and telephone skills.
  • Knowledge of common medical terminology.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year minimum experience in healthcare scheduling.
