Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client management, engineering teams, and Technical Directorate personnel to effectively manage and document incoming client requirements, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Design system concepts that cater to the operational mission needs of the client.
  • Facilitate Agile program management for technical development and serve as the Agile Scrum Master for the organization.
  • Organize and conduct design reviews, including Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR) and Critical Design Reviews (CDR), documenting feedback and ensuring all identified issues are adequately addressed.
  • Coordinate and arrange testing designs and associated systems.
  • Maintain a catalog of technical capabilities that are operationally approved for deployment, in development, and identify unfilled technology gaps.
  • Assist in managing engineering resource requirements in line with client budget allocations and mission needs.
  • Contribute to the development of a technical roadmap on an annual basis.
Qualifications

Essential:
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; Master's degree and 6+ years; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in a systems engineering role, Agile Scrum Master, or a similar position with the sponsor.
  • Proven experience supporting the sponsor.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in developing technical requirements and conducting technical documentation reviews.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
Preferred:
  • Experience within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Certifications in Project Management or Systems Engineering.
  • Agile Development certifications and experience.
  • Experience in cable writing.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
