Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to our patients. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Perform technician duties, such as measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed
