Electrical I&C Project Specialist

STV is seeking a highly skilled Electrical I&C Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our water resources project team, you will be responsible for providing design and construction services on multi-disciplined water resources projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize cross-functional engineering activities to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Prepare engineering calculations and write technical reports to document project progress.
- Coordinate with vendors on equipment selection and develop design drawings and specifications.
- Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Provide construction observation and inspection to resolve issues and ensure construction is in conformance with the design requirements.
- Coordinate design efforts among various disciplines to ensure project success.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience. Knowledge of the National Electric Code and experience with short circuit analyses, arc flash, and coordination studies are a plus. NYCDEP experience is preferred. Excellent writing and presentation skills are a must. Experience with BIM/Revit AutoCAD is a strong plus.
