Relationship Banker

This role is responsible for developing proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent will execute branch leads at the direction of the Manager, consistently execute customer transaction requests, and identify opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads.

The incumbent will adhere to all First National Bank of Pennsylvania policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. This role may require working at various locations within the market.

1. Promote the sales process through greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling.
2. Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services.
3. Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
4. Incorporate First National Bank of Pennsylvania digital products and services into customer interactions.
5. Using First National Bank of Pennsylvania approved branch technology, input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants.
6. Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
7. Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures.
8. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

High School or GED
