Responsibilities
  • Assess and care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures, including sedation, monitoring, and charting.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and maximize available resources.
  • Respond to life-threatening situations and handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure.
  • Evaluate learning needs of patients and families, and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • 1+ years of recent ED, ICU, or IR experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
