Job ResponsibilitiesThe Case Manager will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients, as well as group and individual therapy sessions. This role also involves obtaining insurance authorizations and maintaining high standards of practice. Required qualifications include:
- Individual, group, and family psychotherapy experience
- Crisis assessment and management experience
- BSW required
Preferred qualifications include:
- Partial Hospital Program experience with children and adults
- Valid and Current LSW or LCSW in the state of Massachusetts
