Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team at Hattie Larlham in Mantua, OH. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. The starting salary is $19.00 per hour, with shift differentials for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.

About the Role
  • Assist individuals with everyday living skills, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Document accomplishments and progress of the people in your care.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and work collaboratively as a team.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
