Cru Gastro Lounge, a renowned upscale American cuisine restaurant, is seeking a skilled Prep Cook/Line Cook to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to meet the expectations of our loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
• Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen maintenance to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes that showcase our restaurant's unique style.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of commercial kitchen experience, with a strong background in food preparation and cooking.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with a guaranteed 5-day work week.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
