Physical Therapist - Home Health Care Specialist

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join their Home Health team, providing crucial care to patients in Sumter and Clarendon counties.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services in accordance with the physician's written orders.
  • Interact daily with patients, family members, and agency personnel and on a regular basis with physicians.
  • Function within agency and unit policies and procedures.
  • Manage own time productively and independently and comply with attendance and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Current valid South Carolina driver's license and automobile insurance as required by law.
  • At least 21 years old to be covered under McLeod Health's fleet vehicle insurance policy.
  • Meet our client's for driving eligibility.
  • License and registration as required by state law.
  • PT License, BLS Certification.
  • Possession of professional liability insurance is encouraged.
