At Cardinal Village, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA to join our team. As a Senior Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity working 6am-2pm, Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching contribution.

Responsibilities
  • Providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Interacting daily with residents to improve their quality of life and overall well-being.
  • Reporting resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Current State CNA certification or Home Health Aide certification.
