Electro Mechanical Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Electro Mechanical Technician to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. This is a full-time position working 1:30pm to 10:00pm, Sunday-Thursday, with flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform calibration of microprocessor-based control equipment.
- Repair and install general instrumentation and electrical control systems.
- Read and understand relay logic for troubleshooting and repair.
- Perform tests and calibration procedures using test equipment.
- Troubleshoot and change PLC programming.
- Understand power distribution and wiring practices.
- Install panel boxes, remote control equipment, motors, power, and lighting circuits.
- Work with minimal supervision on all electrical jobs.
- Complete work in conformance with safe work practices.
- Diagnose, plan, and perform operations necessary to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild, and dismantle complex manufacturing and support equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and other proactive activities to monitor and maintain equipment condition.
- Troubleshoot and repair Pneumatic Control Systems, Allen Bradley PLC Systems, RSLinx, Process Control Instrumentation, 3-phase circuits, motor starters, and controls.
- Coordinate with other technicians, production personnel, engineering, management, and other stakeholders to communicate and plan maintenance activities.
- Provide support and substitute for EMT Lead on driving production goals.
- Coordinate with equipment/service vendors for technical assistance.
- Maintain safe, clean, and well-organized work areas.
- Comply with regulatory, Keurig Dr Pepper, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
- Assist other maintenance technicians as priorities dictate, time allows, or directed.
- Identify opportunities for maintenance or process improvement and drive recommendations to implementation or resolution.
- Complete or assist with special projects as directed.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Starting rate of pay is $45.29 per hour, with a shift differential provided.
