About the Role:
As a Director of Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the development of our core banking platform, working closely with internal teams to identify areas for automation and machine learning, and collaborating with architects and product owners to drive the implementation of new applications. You will also be responsible for mentoring and growing a team of software engineers, as well as conducting design and code reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 7 years of experience in software development, including experience in developing scalable web applications and architectural standards. You will also need to have experience in people management and leadership, as well as cloud technologies. A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
