We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse's Aide, CNA Hospice to join our team at Hospice of Holland. As a member of our interdisciplinary group, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide various services for hospice patients as necessary to meet their personal needs and promote comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, changing bed linen, washing hair, and nail care.
- Assist with patient safety needs, including ambulation and exercises as assigned.
- Assist with feeding, as needed, and take and record vital signs.
- Assist with respite for caregiver when on-site, as needed, and assist with range of motion and other simple procedures to maintain comfort.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year experience in hospice, long-term care, or home care.
- Be a Certified Nurse's Aide (CNA) in the State of Michigan. We will pay you to become certified.

Summary:
