Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor and Delivery Leveling Coordinator RN to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling statistics for maternal services, verifying procedures meet all criteria, and ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Compile statistics for maternal services to support quality improvement initiatives
  • Verify procedures meet all criteria to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote positive outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • BSN degree required
  • Quality Improvement (QI) experience required
  • Technical writing experience preferred
  • At least 3 years of bedside L&D experience and Certified in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
  • Professional, well-spoken, and able to work effectively with others
