Ardmore Roderick is seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee construction projects and manage a team of Field Engineers. As the first assignment, the successful candidate will be responsible for project inspection, documentation, and managing assigned personnel. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to interpret construction contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks related to field engineering activities in construction projects or multiple concurrent construction task orders.
  • Implement and utilize established file systems and procedures, track incoming daily progress reports, and ensure that field work incorporates latest contractor submittals.
  • Prepare time and material changed work documentation and calculations.

Requirements:

  • An A.S., B.S., or B.A. degree in an appropriate construction-related, technical, or engineering field (or verifiable education, training, and experience).
  • A minimum of five years of building construction and engineering experience directly related to field inspection on significant construction projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word; some experience in a database program.
  • Familiarity with computer software tools: eBuilder, PlanGrid, LoadSpring.
