About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a center-based setting. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavioral plans to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Behavioral Planning: Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans to address a range of behavior challenges.
  • Therapeutic Services: Provide behavioral therapy and other therapeutic services to program participants.
  • Training and Support: Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans and provide support to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Assessment and Analysis: Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Certification: BCBA Certification required.
  • Experience: Five years of experience working with special populations in behavior management desired.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, reliable and responsible attitude, and a compassionate approach.
