As a House Attendant-General at Hilton Boston Woburn, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

* Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, including changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities
* Stock and maintain housekeeping carts
* Report maintenance issues to supervisors immediately
* Greet guests in hallways and public areas, offering assistance and ensuring special requests are fulfilled
* Answer questions about the hotel, local area attractions, and events
* Communicate with other departments regarding in-house VIPs and special requests

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude with a focus on delivering authentic service
* Ability to work a varied schedule, including early morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts
