Felipe's Taqueria is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by providing top-notch service and expertise in crafting award-winning cocktails.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Felipe's food, cocktails, values, and history. They must be passionate about hospitality and enjoy engaging with all types of people. The Bartender will direct new guests who may need help with accurate information about our menu, style of service, or answers to any questions they may have.

• Bartenders are expected to be attentive, respectful, resourceful, interactive, busy, and accountable (ARRIBA).
• They must follow the steps of service when engaging with guests, smile, acknowledge, listen, suggest, and always thank (SALSA).
• The Bartender is responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness in all areas of the bar, bar storage, and bar prep areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving award-winning Margaritas and other cocktails
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
• Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Following the "Felipe's Way" for all bar offerings

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a valid Responsible Vendor Permit
• Prior guest service experience is required
• Prior server or bartender experience is preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision options for full-time team members (30+ hours a week), paid time off, and a 401(k) match up to 4%.
