  • Medication Coordination: Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the accurate and safe dispensing of medications, including verifying patient information and physician authorization.
  • Order Processing: Review and process medication orders, including checking for completeness and accuracy, and ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure the highest level of quality and patient safety.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other pharmacy staff to achieve team goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a data intake pharmacy or retail pharmacy setting.
  • Certification: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
  • Skills: Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
