We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a tenure-track faculty member or lecturer in the Department of Business at the University of Minnesota Crookston. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in finance and accounting, as well as participating in curriculum development and evaluation.

• Teach finance and accounting courses at the undergraduate level
• Participate in curriculum development and evaluation
• Contribute to student advising and recruitment efforts
• Engage in research and publication in finance journals
• Develop and maintain strong ties to the finance industry

• Master's degree in finance or a related field
• Three years of full-time teaching experience
• Ability to deliver effective teaching at the undergraduate level
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Commitment to an experiential educational philosophy

• Ph.D. in finance with relevant professional experience
• Three or more years of direct experience in finance
• Expertise in corporate finance, investments, financial markets and institutions, financial technology and analytics, and international finance
• University teaching experience
• Research experience in an academic institution
