We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a per diem nurse for the Telemetry 4D unit. As a nurse on this unit, you will provide direct care to patients who are status post cardiac surgery, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and care.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition to home or further care.
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management, medication, and other relevant topics.
- Active unencumbered RN license in Tennessee
- Minimum of two years of current RN Cardiac Surgery Telemetry experience
- Graduate from a fully accredited RN program
- One year of Epic experience
- COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster
