**About the Opportunity**

Integrity Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to lead our established team at our 350+ bed Medical Center.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide medical leadership and direction to our Pulmonary and Critical Care team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Collaborate with hospital administrators and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Supervise and mentor junior physicians and medical staff

**Work-Life Balance**

  • Enjoy a blocked schedule with 1 week in the ICU (7a-7p), 1 week off, and 2 weeks in the clinic with 1 week of Pulmonary consultations
  • Shared call responsibilities with a well-rounded group of hospitalists, CC, and Pulm physicians
  • No night call; night shifts are covered by hospitalists
