Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our kitchen team, you will:

  • Execute all assigned preparation tasks and organize the cooking station.
  • Uphold standards for product presentation, quality, and cooking times.
  • Prepare menu items in accordance with Rigsby's established recipes and presentation guidelines.

Essential Duties:

  • Prepare menu items following Rigsby's recipes and specifications.
  • Complete all designated prep work efficiently.
  • Set up the workstation according to the designated layout.
  • Adhere to safe and sanitary food handling practices at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area before, during, and after your shift.
  • Participate in daily and weekly cleaning tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and place items on high and low shelves.
  • Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using knives, slicing tools, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Willingness to remain mobile throughout the entire shift.
