Qualifications:

  • A professional degree in architecture with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Ensure high-quality drawing production through thorough QA/QC processes.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial architectural practices and applicable codes.

Technical Skills:

  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Assist in project scheduling and adherence to deadlines.

Client Engagement:

  • Coordinate professional service contracts and maintain positive client relationships throughout the project.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide updates and address concerns.

Financial Oversight:

  • Understand project schedules, scope changes, and budget management.
  • Assist in monthly billing processes alongside project leadership.
