Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs, working closely with physicians to develop personalized therapy plans.
  • Provide physical therapy services within the scope of practice, as defined by state laws, and in accordance with established plans of care.
  • Monitor patients' responses to treatment and report any changes in their condition to supervising nurses and physicians.
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning, adhering to accepted standards of practice.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, as well as access to a dependable vehicle.
