ABA Therapist

Kids Club ABA is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities.

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.

You will assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans, collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies, document client progress, and maintain accurate medical records.

Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities, familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques, and the ability to work effectively with children and adolescents.

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.
