Branch Director

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Page location and drive business growth through exceptional sales and service.

• Develop and implement sales and service programs to achieve branch goals
• Create a vital sales and service environment fostering teamwork with partners and other corporate departments
• Develop branch staff, expand customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and exceed customer service expectations
• Drive results in developing branch staff, expanding customer relationships, achieving sales goals and exceeding customer service expectations
• Responsible for overall branch performance

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years' experience in management, business development, and banking operations preferred
• Proven track record with business development and retail banking sales success required
• Local candidate preferred, preferably in the Page or neighboring AZ community
• Thorough understanding of bank products and services, negotiable items, correspondent relationships, new account procedures, teller procedures, accounting and working with a diverse customer base
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to surrounding branches in assigned territory
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish languages preferred
