Job SummaryWe are seeking a Part Time Warehouse Associate to join our team in Arden Hills. As a key member of our Elastic Workforce (eForce), you will provide logistical support to our members, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Engage with members, resolve issues, and provide logistical support for receiving, unloading, and placing inventory items.
- Monitor the delivery dock and welcome delivery trucks.
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Track and document shipment arrival and departure times.
- Ensure the building is fully operational, with efficient warehouse, kitchen, and office space management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail, with ability to find and extract merchandise from storage areas and shelves.
- Physical strength and stamina, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and location managers.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new technology and adapt to changing situations.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $19-$20, depending on location.
