Position Summary:
As a Lead Driver, your primary duty is to ensure the safe and efficient transport of guests and staff to and from designated locations while maintaining a friendly and positive demeanor at all times. Contribute to providing our guests with an unforgettable experience.
Position Specifications:

- Expected Pay Range: $32.88 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
- Skill Level: Advanced
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your team to achieve daily objectives.
- Comply with all driving regulations and standards.
- Oversee daily operations within the transportation department.
- Enforce policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Address safety concerns and inform senior management.
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues as needed.
- Coordinate with dispatch supervisors, operations managers, and other departments as necessary.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all transportation areas and functions.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and practice defensive driving.
- Complete daily reports and inform management of any vehicle issues.
- Assist passengers to ensure proper seating.
- Manage passenger emergencies and disruptions.
- Safely transport groups of varying sizes to assigned locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Install and remove tire chains as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid US Commercial Driver's License, Class A or B with air brake and passenger endorsement (obtained at own expense) - Required.
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a CDL-required driving role – Required.
- Current Medical Examination Report (valid for 2 years) - Required.
- High School Diploma.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Pre-employment drug screening.
- Current DOT medical certificate.
The anticipated pay range is $32.88. This is the range we expect to offer for this position. Individual compensation decisions will be based on various factors.
