Job Description

**Job Details**

* Base pay starts at $20.00 per hour

* 1st Shift: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm

**Responsibilities**

* Ensure adherence to all safety rules and precautions necessary for working in and about a manufacturing environment

* Coordinate welder settings, gun speed/travel, and gas flow with the observed condition of the bead

* Read and interpret blueprints to shop standard

* Make adjustments or gun manipulations as needed to achieve quality results

* Train and teach proper welding procedures in accordance with manufacturing job procedures

* Operate overhead crane and other lifting equipment

* Maintain quality standards by holding beads to specified shapes, sizes, and penetrations

* Maintain accurate numerical and alphabetical sequences

* Continuously improve work area practices

* Perform other projects and duties as designated by Team Leader
