The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics is a key member of our interprofessional team, providing patient-centered care and working collaboratively to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and assess patient data to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Utilize evidence-based practice to drive clinical decisions and improve patient outcomes
- Establish goals and strategies for care coordination across settings
- Delegate and supervise care in accordance with WI Nurse Practice
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and maintain professional development
- Clinical experience in patient populations specific to the area of employment
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred
- Nursing licensure required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
