About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salon Manager to lead our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing a team of stylists, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and quality
  • Collaborate with the salon owner to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a salon management role
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
