Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Frontier Ford. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating repairs, and communicating with our service technicians.

You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and use your technical expertise to recommend the best course of action for each vehicle. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build trust with our customers and deliver results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Coordinate repairs and schedule appointments
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service technicians
  • Recommend repairs and maintenance based on customer needs and preferences

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., automotive technology)
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role or in the automotive industry
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
