Homecare Nurse

About the Role

We are seeking skilled Homecare Nurses to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Homecare Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards.

Requirements

• Current Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Nurse experience preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $27-$29 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time and part-time position with flexible scheduling options, including day shifts, NOC shifts, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
